9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or your use of it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices (İzmir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Müdürlükleri), Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence are not affected by this clause.
